Sharon has served many across a broad range of industries in her capacity as trainer and coach with the end goal of equipping them to in turn help others flourish. She has facilitated workshops for leaders and staff on Emotional Intelligence, Building High Performance Teams, Service Innovation/Design Thinking, Coaching for Performance, Resilience and Change Management for a wide spectrum of companies from sectors in Finance, Government Ministries and Statutory Boards, telecommunication, technology, real estate, transport, manufacturing, retail, healthcare and education.

Sharon’s level of depth in delivering training, and ability to connect stems from the intersection between her experience in curriculum development and her involvement in the arts and music. A gifted teacher, professional actor and singer all rolled into one, Sharon delivers training that effectively educates and entertains.

Beyond training, she has designed curricula for Emotional Intelligence, Innovation and Service Excellence programs and designed and facilitated workshops that incorporate learning and arts (such as photography and pottery), and developed e-learning relationship coaching modules. Sharon has also been instrumental as the quality manager of ROHEI’s team of trainers to ensure and maintain standards and capabilities.
