With over 13 years of experience in corporate training and organisational development, Doris has designed and delivered highly engaging corporate training in partnership with Workforce Singapore, Apple, National Trade Union Congress Learning HUB (NTUC Learning Hub), National Institute of Education, Chartered Institute of Professional Development (CIPD, UK), Development Dimensions International (DDI), and aAdvantage Consulting.
As Professional Developer Specialist at Apple, Doris gained valuable business insights and honed her ability to help companies succeed by motivating their people to excel.
Doris has trained over 50 organisations locally and in Southeast Asia over the course of her career. Her clientele represents a variety of sectors, including investment banking, semiconductor, aviation, transportation, and healthcare.
Adept at leading large-scale employee engagement, Doris employs creative tools to identify and introduce strategies for building effective collaboration. She can bridge gaps between management and support staff by facilitating an alignment of employee mindsets with critical organisational objectives.
Doris holds audiences captive with high energy and powerful storytelling. Doris loves giving her time to serve others and enrich their lives. She has provided pro-bono career consulting for retrenched and displaced jobseekers. For over two and a half years, she built and helped a community of more than 700 career seekers who are now “paying it forward,” sharing opportunities with others.
She is an active member of St. Andrew’s Cathedral, and has been a part of its contemporary dance ministry, fellowship groups, and parochial church council.
Doris is married and has 3 daughters. Family time is always the highlight of her day.
