Czarina comes with an impressive repertoire of skill sets: curriculum development, research, consulting and training.

Czarina is the company's main in-house train-the-trainers expert. Being at the forefront of innovating learning for a digital environment at ROHEI, she draws from her rich experience, integrating both deep understanding of andragogy (adult education) and pedagogical (classroom teaching) practices to design and deliver effectively in adult learning expertise. As an extension of her train-the-trainer role, Czarina also mentors interns and crafts internship experience for the training and curriculum development teams.

Her contribution in curriculum development includes helping to design and contextualize competency-based training programs and assessments for the Executive Development and Growth for Excellence (EDGE), and Skills Framework (Retail) under the Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) System.

Another value add Czarina brings to the table is in contributing to research content to support training programs and developing new experiences to integrate into different programs across industries. She conducts learning needs analysis for various clients from the generic, sectoral spaces to government institutions.
