Aaron partners with organisations to identify their unique needs and deliver impactful interventions. Known for creating safe, reflective spaces in small group learning, he engages leaders in meaningful dialogue and drives sustainable change.
At the Civil Service College (CSC), Aaron serves as Team Lead, overseeing leadership programmes and coaching for emerging and middle managers. He manages courses focused on building managerial skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to navigate complex organisational challenges. He has led systemic interventions, including supporting NParks and SCDF leaders with Employee Engagement Survey results, co-leading HDB Information Services Group’s post-EES initiative, redesigning the Singapore Prison Service’s Command and Staff Course, and streamlining the Public Service Coaches’ remuneration system, saving 192 man-hours.
As a consultant at ROHEI, Aaron designed transformational learning experiences across public and private sectors. He notably co-authored the Design-Led Culture Playbook, helping senior leaders explore the role of design thinking in organisational culture.
Through his work across sectors, Aaron has developed a deep understanding of workforce dynamics and organisational culture, enabling leaders to navigate complexity and drive meaningful change.
