Feedback that Fuels Growth: Mastering the Art of Giving and Receiving

For both new and seasoned managers, performance conversations can often feel daunting. When feedback is unclear or avoided, it creates disconnect, leaving employees uncertain about expectations and growth opportunities.

This programme empowers managers with the skills to transform feedback into a constructive, two-way conversation that builds clarity, trust, and alignment. Participants will learn how to give feedback that is intentional and actionable, while also receiving feedback openly to strengthen team relationships.

By mastering these conversations, managers will foster a culture of trust, continuous learning, and accountability, enabling individuals and teams to perform at their best.
