People are our most important asset. As a HR Manager, you will oversee the management and delivery of all HR functions. You will be responsible for the overall administration, coordination, and evaluation of human resources plans and programmes and will be supervising a HR Executive.
You will be responsible for creating a conducive work environment where employees have a happy and productive workplace to work towards the fulfilment of our organisational mission and business plans. You will be working closely with senior management to shape a positive work culture and conducive work environment that is aligned to ROHEI's corporate values. This position report to the HR Director / Deputy Chief Executive.
