Gabriel has delivered contextualised, experiential learning outcomes for organisations to build cultures and relationally competent leaders. He has successfully trained organisations from the automotive, education, energy, government, property management, retail, and transport sectors.

His clients include learners from UOB, NTU, Urban Redevelopment Authority, Singapore Post, Frasers Property, and M1 Limited. He has also worked closely with leading department stores in the retail sector, providing comprehensive leadership programs that empower leaders to improve their relational and leadership skills.

With a deep understanding of organisational dynamics, Gabriel helps organisations foster positive cultural shifts and enhance relational leadership capabilities to diverse audiences, including rank and file, executive, and managerial levels.

Within the education sector, Gabriel has conducted sessions for educators at various levels, including early childhood, primary, and secondary schools. A sports enthusiast and music lover, Gabriel loves being a blessing to the community. Gabriel's personal life motto echoes that of his beloved football team Liverpool—"You'll Never Walk Alone." He is known to go above and beyond in making a difference in the lives of others. Being a foodie at heart, Gabriel enjoys a wide variety of cuisine and loves spending quality time with his family and loved ones. He is also passionate in building and collecting LEGO sets.
