Senior Consultant

Eric has been delivering contextualised learning across industries, public and private sectors since 2013. Adept at facilitating learning at different organisational levels—from rank and file, to executive and managerial level — Eric has successfully trained more than 7,000 participants under the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) programmes including Emotional Intelligence, Service Innovation, Building High Performance Teams and Resilience programmes.


As lead trainer for ROHEI’s Digital Workplace programme, Eric has been training in Digital Transformation since ROHEI rolled out its first programme in 2017. He was the lead trainer for the 18-month UOB New Professional Conversion Programme (PCP) teaching digital awareness to UOB channels staff on emerging technologies, cyber security, and learning agility which kicked off in 2017. Eric designs and contextualises the content for various audience profiles, upskills trainers, and ensures consistency and quality with each trainer’s delivery.


Eric combines tech-savviness with a strong sense of empathy for his participants. He is able to connect with and inspire learners to develop digital confidence with his highly engaging training style. He brings positive energy and encouragement into each learning experience, which learners much appreciate.


Eric started his career as part of World Vision Singapore where he developed long-term partnerships with educational institutions for funding support and successfully led, trained and deployed over 1,000 volunteers for the 30-Hour Famine Camp during the years 2007 to 2012.

Eric is an Officer at The Boys’ Brigade Singapore. He mentors a group of young men and women to be future-ready. He has also been involved at the strategic and operational levels in the National Day Parade for 10 years in the team of motivators.


Eric enjoys watching NatGeo and Discovery Channel as part of his therapeutic recovery from a long day of work. He loves good conversations and travelling and spending time with his wife and daughter.
