Armed with a double degree in Psychology and Human Resource Management, and an Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP), Elijah is living out his calling in shaping organisational culture and transformation. With a penchant in studying human behaviour and motivation, Elijah has conducted extensive research into industry trends and created key programme content in leadership development, change management and culture building. He has also designed several programmes for affective, cognitive, and behavioural transformation to help organisations in volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous environments.

In his role as a Consultant with ROHEI, Elijah is a key resource in conceptualising activities/experiences tailored for remote training, as well as customising learning assessments based on SSG requirements and learner needs. 

His latest credentials include but are not limited to being heavily involved in a 2-year-long organisational culture research project commissioned by a local government agency, DesignSingapore Council (Dsg), where he synthesised qualitative data gleaned from over 50 interviews with senior leaders of top organisations in Singapore. 

The study focused on organisational culture of these companies that have found success in navigating change in times of crisis. The efforts translated into a technical report and a playbook - It’s All about Culture: Better Businesses by Design - published by Dsg at the end of 2021. It has also led to the birth of a consultation journey around cultural principles distilled in the research process, including designing a survey and multiple reports.
