Strengthening Your Identity as an
Adult Educator
Strengthening Your Identity as an Adult Educator is a 3-hour reflective learning experience designed for experienced adult educators, trainers, facilitators, and learning and development professionals who wish to rediscover and articulate their professional identity as educators.
In the dynamic landscape of adult education shaped by digital learning technologies, AI-assisted content creation, and evolving expectations for workplace capability development, adult educators are increasingly challenged to move beyond transactional training delivery toward meaningful learning experiences that shape human capability and organisational culture.
The workshop uses ROHEI's Dignity-Centred Learning Design approach to guide participants on a journey of exploration, reflection, and recommitment to their role as adult educators.
Participants will leave with a clearer sense of their distinctive value as educators and a personal Educator Identity Statement that can guide their professional practice and career growth.
