Michelle has facilitated developmental and leadership programmes such as Microsoft’s Aspire Experience, designed to accelerate MBA talent, and the Yokogawa EDGE Leadership Journey, a blended pathway integrating one to one coaching, group facilitation, and leadership assessment for senior pipeline leaders. She has also led leadership assessment centre engagements for high potential and key position holders within major financial institutions.
