Before being named CEO, Daniel was ROHEI’s Director of Operations and was responsible for overseeing the training, coaching, curriculum design department, project management, administration and guest experience teams. He played a key role in synergizing efforts alongside the business development and marketing teams to ensure that the organisation’s strategy to be sustainable and scalable could be achieved.

Daniel also led the business continuity programme (BCP) team to navigate the uncertainty of the Covid-19 pandemic and led the team to operationalise the first remote version of ROHEI’s programmes that went on to contribute 30% of the company’s revenue in the 2020 and 2021.

Under Daniel’s charge, ROHEI was certified for ISO27001 Information security; a 6 months of preparation which included creating, improving and aligning standard operating processes to effectively protect against cybersecurity threats and information breaches.

Prior to joining ROHEI, Daniel was an Applications Project Engineer with Linde Gas Singapore responsible for engineering, procurement and commissioning of gas applications technology.
