Christine Wang

Senior Consultant

Christine delivers our Digital Workplace module, demonstrating empathy while connecting with her peers and others, who are struggling to keep up with rapid digitalisation and the changing workplace. As she herself successfully adopts new technology in her 50s, Christine is a role model for lifelong learning.

Christine’s ability to guide mature learners in the challenging digital learning space gives her an invaluable, sought-after ability to impart learning agility and digital confidence with pastoral care in challenging scenarios.

A seasoned coach for professionals, managers, and executives, Christine’s past training experience in Overseas Union Bank Ltd and National University Hospital, allows her to identify with diverse learners of varied demographics. She models resilience in her own personal learning and development.

Before shifting her focus to digital learning, Christine has successfully trained more than 2,800 participants from rank and file, to executive and managerial levels, under the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) framework. Programmes include Emotional Intelligence, Personal Resilience, and Service Excellence with contextualised delivery to learners from the financial service, education, government, gateway services, and marine and gas and retail industries.

As a facilitator for Executive Workshops and ROHEI's Digital Workplace programme, Christine models lifelong learning, while guiding mature learners to be agile and confident in today’s workplace.
