Through this course, you will build a practical toolkit to set clear goals that are aligned to organisational priorities, deliver effective feedback that supports growth, and navigate performance appraisals skillfully. You will be equipped with strategies to manage emotional responses and practice frameworks that guide you to initiate and navigate difficult performance conversations.

These skills collectively build your confidence to hold challenging conversations constructively - fostering trust, alignment, and a stronger foundation for continuous growth and collaboration within your teams.

Funding Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for funding, participants must: 

  • Be a Singapore Citizen, Permanent Resident (PR) of Singapore or Long-Term Visit Pass-Plus (LTVP+).

    Participants must complete e-attendance via the Singpass App.

  • Participants must attend training with a minimum 75% attendance.

  • Be assessed as "Competent" (C) at the end of the course unit to obtain individual WSQ Statement of Attainment.
