Feedback Conversations as a Learning Practice - Receiving Feedback

    • Be a Singapore Citizen, Permanent Resident (PR) of Singapore or Long-Term Visit Pass-Plus (LTVP+).

    • Participants must complete e-attendance via the Singpass App.

    • Participants must attend training with a minimum 75% attendance.

    • Be assessed as "Competent" (C) at the end of the course unit to obtain individual WSQ Statement of Attainment.

  • Eligible Singapore Citizens aged 40 and above may receive up to 70% funding under the Mid-Career Enhanced Subsidy.
