Information Technology Manager
Position Summary

We are searching for a skilled and experienced IT Manager to join our team and play a vital role in overseeing and managing our IT infrastructure, systems, and operations.

The candidate will be responsible for the following:

Oversee and manage IT operations, systems, and infrastructure.
Ensure the efficient, reliable and secure operation of IT systems.
Manage IT projects and ensure their successful completion on time and within budget.
Develop and implement comprehensive IT security strategies, including risk assessments, disaster recovery plans, security policies, and protection measures (e.g., firewalls, antivirus).
Identify and implement new technologies to improve IT efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and maintain IT budgets.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure that we are receiving the best possible value from our IT investments.
Maintain high levels of customer service by providing timely and effective IT support.
Comply with all relevant IT security policies and regulations

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 5 years of experience in a related IT management role.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and operations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
Working knowledge of IT security best practices.
