Here are some things you can do to help your team!

Identify small wins that you can celebrate together. Consider sharing recent successes at the start of meetings to inspire and energise the team.

 

Acknowledge and appreciate the effort or contribution of team members.

Here are simple steps you can follow:

Step 1: Identify the trait you want to appreciate or the contribution made
Step 2: Describe where you observed this. This adds to the sincerity of your appreciation.
Step 3: Share the impact i.e. how it helped the team, project or the good result.
