Eddie is a senior trainer at ROHEI, with regional experience training leaders across industries, in both private and public sectors.
Eddie was Head of Training at ROHEI from 2009-2015, during which
he built capability and capacity of the team, from 2 trainers to 20 trainers. Eddie established the team’s standards and working dynamics, coaching the team into adopting a service-oriented and collaborative approach. This laid the foundation for the merger of ROHEI’s Training team with its Curriculum Department team in 2016.
Eddie subsequently shifted his focus to Leadership Development and Consultancy. Drawing on his academic training in Industrial Organizational Psychology, he is intentional in creating environments that are conducive for the effective transfer of learning back to the workplace.
A highly engaging and relatable facilitator, Eddie is always fully present with his audience, eager to interact with participants whether in or out of the training rooms. Eddie communicates from the heart and is sincere and intentional in building relationships and making people feel understood.
A former media and advertising producer, Eddie is adept at customising his communication to the needs of his audience. He delivers key messages with impact and collaborates effectively with internal and external stakeholders to achieve impactful outcomes.
During his advertising stint, Eddie’s ability to coach and integrate diverse talents has resulted in his teams clinching Cannes Lions Awards, New York Festivals Awards, and Singapore Creative Circle Awards.
Outside of ROHEI, Eddie is a Marriage Mentor, equipping couples in the building of loving and purposeful marriages.
An intrepid explorer, Eddie possesses a positivity and empathy that helps him connect with people from all walks of life. Eddie loves films, photography, good food, and is a die-hard fan of the Liverpool football club.
