Training since 1992, Eng Eng has an exceptional ability to relate to a wide spectrum of learners and create an atmosphere of openness essential for learning. Over the years Eng Eng has established good rapport with senior management, executives and managers.
She has successfully facilitated and coached senior management teams on how to improve team effectiveness, resulting in higher organisational performance and building cohesive work cultures.
Eng Eng has been the lead trainer for over 1,300 customer service officers of UOB since 2013, and the facilitator for Leaders’ Retreat for 60-70 of their senior management team since 2013.
Eng Eng is skilled in the areas of generational diversity and cultural differences, as well as between rank and file staff and their supervisors and managers. She is very relational and connects well with people from all walks of life, young or old. Because of her high emotional intelligence, she easily builds trust with her audience, and learners feel comfortable sharing with her.
Eng Eng is adept at helping leaders walk the talk. Not one to shy away from uncomfortable issues and situations, Eng Eng is quick to affirm her coachees, share candid feedback in a safe manner, and provide support in their journey of growth.
With past experience in marketing, media sales, tax consulting and restaurant management, Eng Eng’s background has prepared her for her unique role in bridging diverse teams and people.
Before she joined ROHEI, she was an economics lecturer, also took on a pastoral role in 1995, overseeing children and youth and church operations, until 2009. Eng Eng is dedicated to serve and is a leader, trainer, consultant who cares deeply and who has to courage to challenge directly and help her client and learners get better.
A green thumb, Eng Eng enjoys gardening and landscaping in her time off work. She values family relationships greatly, and enjoys many good conversations with the young and old. She enjoys having people over and gains great satisfaction from making people feel worthwhile and valuable.
