Over the years Eng Eng has established a good rapport with senior leaders, managers, and executives alike.
She has successfully facilitated and coached senior teams in the areas of team effectiveness, resulting in higher organisational performance and cohesive work cultures.
Eng Eng has been the lead trainer for over 1,300 customer service officers of UOB from 2013 to 2017. She was also the key facilitator for their 70-member Management Retreat from 2013 - 2016.
Eng Eng is skilled in the areas of generational and cultural diversity. This has enabled many effective conversations between rank and file with their managers to improve performance and engagement. She is naturally relational and connects well with people from all walks of life, age and nationality. With her ability to connect, she easily builds trust through her vulnerability and candidness.
With that, Eng Eng is adept at helping leaders walk the talk. Not one to shy away from uncomfortable issues and situations, Eng Eng is quick to identify with, empathise and affirm her coachees.
