Aline is a highly experienced consultant and has been a curriculum developer since 2011. She is the brain behind ROHEI’s signature programmes, including SkillsFuture for Digital Workplace, Service Innovation, Diversity, Values Alignment, and Resilience, under the EDGE, SVCF, and GMS Frameworks, as part of the WSQ system.
Her programmes have been widely used for ROHEI’s clients—local and regional, public and private sector. Key clients include Parkway Pantai, Robinsons, Maybank, UOB, Ngee Ann Poly, and SATS.
Trained in psychology, Aline has a depth of understanding of how different people think and behave, a crucial skill she leverages in curriculum development. Her training in social research enables her to analyse needs, and process and synthesise information to meet learner needs.
Aline is the lead curriculum designer behind ROHEI’s SFDW SkillsFuture for Digital Workplace, a pioneering digital workplace programme commissioned by SSG. Aline led the customisation of ROHEI’s SFDW programme for the finance sector, currently part of UOB’s 18 month-long Professional Conversion Programme training.
SFDW’s foundational principle is that the main barrier for change adoption is fear, rather than lack of skill. Aline’s approach toward SFDW puts weight on motivating the learner through people-centered design as central to a successful journey of digital transformation.
Aline has led the Curriculum Development team since 2014 and was appointed Deputy Head of Training, Consulting, Coaching & Curriculum Design in 2017. She leads a synergised, multi-generational team of over a dozen Trainers, Consultants, Coaches, and Curriculum Designers.
Aline first learned to navigate cross-cultural relationships when she moved to Singapore as an ASEAN scholar. It has become a critical skill, as she learned to apply and enjoy it in her own personal relationships, and most importantly in her marriage.
