Aaron has 8 years experience with advocacy and nonprofit organisations, serving the youth community with his skills in multimedia—creating videos with powerful messages. Aaron brings that same energy and creativity to the adult learning and development space, employing characteristic humour as well as theatrical prowess.
As a trainer with ROHEI, Aaron has served a wide spectrum of clients across varied industries including UOB, DBS, Maybank, StarHub, Ministry of Home Affairs, People Development, Marina Bay Sands, Takashimaya, Crimson Logic, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
A bilingual trainer (English and Chinese), Aaron has delivered team building programmes in Mandarin to our clients in China, among them American Insurance Association (AIA), Coface, CapitaLand, and Signify, for middle management and up.
Aaron is skilled at handling both large format sessions (200-300 pax) as well as smaller executive workshops, and has the gift of connecting with learners and putting them at ease. A relatable trainer and highly versatile communicator, Aaron is at home with training leaders from all levels and backgrounds—from managerial to senior level.
Aaron began his career working with creative professionals, managing graphic design projects and building customer relationships. He then got involved in youth development, taking on a variety of roles at Touch Cyberwellness and Sports and TOUCH Youth Services, ranging from video production to marketing communications to teaching.
Aaron has a big heart for the next generation and has been mentoring youth and young adults for the last decade.
Though highly energetic (and a rock musician once upon a time), Aaron likes to hang out at quiet places—museums and bookstores. He and his wife love inviting friends and family over, ready to serve them with good food and laughs.
