Matthew carries a rich experience delivering contextualised training to more than 15,000 participants. Since 2012, he has successfully coached senior leaders and middle managers to motivate and inspire staff on work performance and facilitated regional workshops for senior management in S.E Asia, Hong Kong, China and India.

Matthew has delivered training in industries such as financial services, education, government, bio-tech, retail, and telecommunications; for different organisational levels including rank and file, executive, managerial level, and C-suite level. He successfully delivered a Train The Trainer core values alignment program for an international healthcare group that was rolled out as a core module for 1,000 staff.

Since starting his corporate career in 1991, Matthew has gained valuable experience in corporate treasury, financial and management accounting, business process re-engineering, corporate governance, business development, business restructuring, financial planning and internal control.
