Karen has been in the field of Human Resources and Learning and Consulting since 1997. At ROHEI, Karen held different leadership positions in various stages of the company’s growth, playing a key role in operations and business profitability these past 13 years.
Karen is adept at analysing organisational needs and pinpointing trouble areas within business units. Drawing from a wealth of experience, she is a leader and coach to our Business Development team, and a trusted advisor to clients. She has built numerous long-term relationships with our clients and learning partners.
Prior to leading our Business Development team, Karen led our Project Management and Operations divisions to ensure that all projects and operations ran effectively and resources were optimised.
Prior to working with ROHEI, Karen was Consultant at OTi Consulting, an international HR/OD consultancy specialising in Total Organization Renewal serving clients such as Sentosa, NATAS, MOM, and Singtel.
Before joining OTi, Karen spent 8 years at Procter and Gamble, moving from Associate Manager to Senior Manager. She helped to set up HR systems in the Indonesia and Vietnam subsidiaries before moving on to manage HR functions, talent development, and culture building for the Global Business Units of Babycare/Femcare and Fabric & Homecare in the ASEAN/ Australasia/India region. She also managed the recruiting of new staff into the Singapore regional headquarters.
A mother of 3 lovely children, Karen finds great satisfaction in helping them reach their full potential to be a blessing to others around them. She is a firm believer in role-modeling and puts character above everything else. Karen is family-oriented and enjoys vacations and mealtimes where she can bond and engage in deep conversations and build memories with her family.
