Jane Chang

Senior Consultant

Being involved in Learning and Development since 2002, Jane draws from difficult life experiences to connect deeply with learners and make each training session transformational. She delivers contextualised training for Culture Building.

With experience as an on-campus director, and having trained and collaborated with the Dubai and Singapore governments, Jane’s current clients are mainly in education, government, and F&B.

One of ROHEI’s pioneers in 2007, Jane developed a key core values alignment programme for the Singapore Sports Council (now Sport Singapore) and implemented the core module for 1,000 frontline staff.

Jane spent 5 years at Every Nation Campus in North Carolina, USA, as the Raleigh Chapter Director, and Coach and Mentor to students and volunteers. Jane set the direction and vision for the team, equipped and developed youth volunteers for community service, and innovated training programmes to build youth confidence and self-awareness.

Prior to that, Jane provided training design and delivery while serving in business development at Organization Technology International (OTi Consulting) in Dubai for 5 years, developing core programmes for culture change, to clients including Nestlé, Dubai Economic Department, and Paris Gallery LLC, the largest luxury retailer in the world.

A DISC©-certified trainer, Jane also helped launch DISC© in Dubai. She secured and delivered certification programmes to train clients in the use of the DISC© tool for Hiring and Talent Development in the banking, retail, and education industries, as well as government and non-profit sectors.

Before becoming a trainer, Jane spent the first 9 years of her career in Journalism. She was a producer as well as Senior Broadcast Journalist and Anchor Presenter at the Singapore Broadcasting Corporation and Television Corporation of Singapore, and Creative Director and Project Manager for A.M. Singapore, a morning magazine programme. Jane was an investigative journalist at the Tampa Tribune in the US, covering a diverse range of subjects—law enforcement, drugs, politics, performing arts, business, and entrepreneurship.

Jane’s breadth of experience as a journalist and media anchor—and, later on, campus minister and trainer—has equipped her with the skills and stories that make her an effective life coach, able to speak with great impact and clarity and deliver truly transformational learning.

A seasoned trainer, Jane draws from her rich life experience to model resilience and deliver transformational learning in Culture Building.
