Prior to joining ROHEI, Esther spent 9 years teaching A-Levels General Paper at the Ministry of Education, engaging various types of learners in developing critical thinking skills.
Her subsequent experience as Enneagram trainer and life coach gives her a depth of understanding of people and their diverse orientations. Her informed insight into personalities and worldviews provides an invaluable perspective for addressing learners’ varied fears and motivations.
Conversant in English, Mandarin, and Malay, Esther connects instantly with learners from various backgrounds and cultures.
Esther has coached and trained clients in the context of business leadership, management, personal development, and relationship management. Her enthusiasm is fueled by her desire to see leaders flourish in their various roles and career.

Esther enjoys helping people; she gets a rush from seeing happy faces when problems are solved. In her free time, Esther escapes into the kitchen—cooking and baking—and grows a small urban garden. Her idea of happiness is to spend a Saturday afternoon playing catch at the playground with her kids and husband.
