Being in the Learning & Development space since 1992, Eng Eng has an exceptional ability to relate to a wide spectrum of learners and create an atmosphere of openness that is essential for learning. Over the years Eng Eng has established a good rapport with senior leaders, managers, and executives alike.


She has successfully facilitated and coached senior teams in the areas of team effectiveness, resulting in higher organisational performance and cohesive work cultures.


Eng Eng has been the lead trainer for over 1,300 customer service officers of UOB from 2013 to 2017. She was also the key facilitator for their 70-member Management Retreat from 2013 - 2016.


Eng Eng is skilled in the areas of generational and cultural diversity. This has enabled many effective conversations between rank and file with their managers to improve performance and engagement. She is naturally relational and connects well with people from all walks of life, age and nationality. With her ability to connect, she easily builds trust through her vulnerability and candidness.



With that, Eng Eng is adept at helping leaders walk the talk. Not one to shy away from uncomfortable issues and situations, Eng Eng is quick to identify with, empathise and affirm her coachees. She is able to share candid feedback in a safe manner and provide support in the leaders’ growth and development.


With past experience in tax consulting, media sales, education, and restaurant management, Eng Eng’s background has positioned her for her unique role in bridging diverse teams and people.

Hosting dinner parties may be stressful to many but not to Eng Eng. She enjoys hosting people and gets immense satisfaction from making people feel worthy and valued. She can just as easily get into a deep and meaningful conversation over a cup of coffee.
