The whole set-up and the layout of the whole program itself - It really surprised us to the point that we thought, 'hey, they are really living out service excellence to be the role model

I can still recall the times when we had to put together this program, it was grueling and there were a lot of changes but the team has really shown professionalism in acceding to our requests and also giving very good input.
