Our interventions include: training, coaching, facilitation of focus group discussions, strategic planning sessions, as well as more interactive reality-focused encounters involving multi-media components and simulated interactions with professionally trained actors.

AIn-house programs
If you are responsible for learning and development for your organization, there are a number of ways we can work to meet the needs of your team. These programs are typically customized specifically to your desired learning outcomes and needs. They may be:

BPublic programs
These are programs that we have discovered have been impactful for others and have been designed for the general public.
As of June 2011, ROHEI has been appointed Program Partner with Singapore Workforce Development Agency for Executive Development Programs.
ROHEI now offers programs under the Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) Executive Development and Growth for Excellence (EDGE) framework. 70% funding is now available for Singaporean and Singapore PRs.

Life Development for Individuals
Life Development is ROHEI's personal coaching intervention for high performing individuals that are seeking greater clarity in their personal and professional paths.
Life Development is an 8-hour session designed for the individuals to gain a holistic understanding of themselves. Conducted on a one-on-one basis, participants explore their life journeys, passions and purpose through the use of profiling and diagnostic instruments* and personal coaching.
Participants typically report that they achieve a clearer life and career preference and experience a rediscovery of their personal values and priorities through our sessions. Walking through their action plans, many of them arrive at a place where they can say, "I'm where I know I'm supposed to be".
Participants will gain greater clarity about their current life state, on both an intellectual and emotional level. Insights gained from the sessions will also enable each participant to make deliberate plans to realign their personal and professional lives with what is truly valuable to them.
